The cleaning of hydraulic components of four-column hydraulic press needs to do these points

Before the new hydraulic parts of the four-column hydraulic press are assembled, the old hydraulic parts must be cleaned after being contaminated before they can be used, and the following points should be done in the cleaning process.

1. The disassembly and cleaning of hydraulic parts should be carried out in a purification chamber that meets national standards. If there are conditions, the operation room is best to be pressurized, so that the indoor pressure is higher than the outdoor, and the plastic mold can prevent atmospheric dust pollution. If limited by conditions, the operation room should also be isolated separately, generally do not allow the hydraulic parts assembly room and machining room or fitter room in the same room, absolutely prohibited in the open air, shed, sunroom or warehouse decomposition and assembly of hydraulic parts. When disassembling hydraulic parts, the operator should wear work clothes and work caps that are not easy to fall off the fibers to prevent the fibers, dust, hair, dander, etc. from falling into the hydraulic system and causing artificial pollution. Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in the operation room;

2. Hydraulic parts cleaning should be carried out on the special cleaning table, if limited by conditions, but also to ensure the cleanliness of the temporary workbench;

3. The cleaning fluid is allowed to use kerosene, gasoline and hydraulic oil of the same brand as the hydraulic system;

4. The cleaned parts are not allowed to be wiped with cotton, hemp, silk and chemical fiber fabrics to prevent the dropped fibers from polluting the system. It is also not allowed to use the leather tiger to blow to the parts (the leather tiger has dust particles inside), if necessary, you can use clean and dry compressed air to dry the parts;

5. The cleaned parts are not allowed to be directly placed on the land, cement floor, floor, bench and assembly workbench, but should be put into a container with a lid and injected with hydraulic oil;

6. Parts that have been cleaned but not assembled for the time being should be stored in anti-rust oil, especially in humid areas and seasons.
