2, the working temperature of the hydraulic system, the general control in the range of 30 ~ 50°C is more suitable, the maximum should not exceed 60°C, if necessary, you can install oil temperature cooler for cooling. Because the oil temperature is too high, the oil viscosity will decrease, the lubricating oil film will become thinner, the lubrication performance will become worse, the machine wear will increase, and the rubber sealing ring will accelerate the aging, resulting in the sealing performance will also be reduced

3, in order to prevent some of the dirt in the oil tank from being sucked into the pump, the oil tank of the oil press is also required to install a partition to separate the oil return area and the oil absorption area. Through the separator, the rest time of the oil back to the tank can be extended, and the oil can be prevented from oxidation and deterioration; On the other hand, it is also conducive to the precipitation of dirt. The height of the separator is generally 3/4 of the height of the oil level.

4, the tank bottom plate should be inclined, the degree of tilt of the bottom plate should be determined according to the size of the tank and the viscosity of the oil used, and the oil drain plug is generally set in the lowest part of the tank bottom, so that the dirt accumulated at the bottom of the tank can be removed. The distance between the suction pipe and the highest part of the bottom plate should also be above 150 m m to prevent the dirt from being sucked.

5, to prevent the production of condensed water in the tank: it is necessary to choose a more large enough capacity of the air filter, so that the heated air on the top of the tank can be discharged as soon as possible, and will not condense into water drops on the cold tank cap. On the other hand, the large-capacity air filter or air vent can eliminate the difference between the space and atmospheric pressure at the top of the tank, preventing dust from being brought in from the outside world when the top layer is lower than atmospheric pressure.

6, it is also necessary to pay attention to the use of oil press rust performance better lubricating oil, so as to reduce the production of wear and rust prevention.

7, regularly check the pipe interface seal regularly check the hydraulic system pipes and components between the joint and the sealing device, found damaged to replace in time, the joint of the pipeline to tighten.
