The distance between the suction pipe and the bottom of the tank should be not less than 2 times the diameter of the pipe, and the distance from the tank side should not be less than 3 times the diameter of the pipe, so that the oil return and oil absorption are smooth (the suction pipe mouth should be set up a mesh oil filter, and the berth capacity is more than 2 times the flow of the hydraulic pump. The outlet of the return pipe must be immersed under the lowest oil level to avoid the return oil bringing air into the oil. The distance between the return pipe and the bottom of the tank should not be less than 2 times the diameter of the pipe, and the end of the pipe should be cut into 45. (2) The cover plate on the oil tank and the inlet and outlet of the oil pipe should be sealed, and the oil filling port should have an oil filter net. The sealed fuel tank shall have air holes to keep the pressure in the tank at atmospheric pressure under normal circumstances.

(3) The fuel tank should be easy to repair and clean. In order to facilitate the discharge of oil, the bottom surface of the tank should be appropriate, and an oil drain plug or an oil drain seal should be set. Set the oil level indicator on the side wall of the tank where it is easy to see. A thermometer should also be provided if necessary.

(4) The inner wall of the oil tank should be painted with oil-resistant paint to prevent rust and condensation.
