What effect does the temperature increase have on the frame hydraulic press

When the frame hydraulic press is working, if the oil temperature rises too fast, it will cause a series of adverse effects on the hydraulic system, seriously affecting the work of the hydraulic system. So, what's the downside? The temperature rise of the hydraulic system of the frame hydraulic press is the same as the pollution. It is also a comprehensive failure form, mainly measured by measuring the oil temperature and a small number of hydraulic components.





The impact of oil temperature rise on hydraulic equipment is:




1, the oil will reduce the straw, leakage will increase, the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the entire system I6% will be significantly reduced.




2. The thermal deformation of the hydraulic machine makes the gap between the moving parts with different thermal expansion coefficients of the hydraulic components smaller and stuck, causing misoperation, affecting the accuracy of the hydraulic equipment and leading to poor quality of the parts.




3, will also make the rubber seal deformation, early aging failure, shorten the service life, lose the sealing performance, resulting in leakage. The leak will heat up further to produce a temperature increase.




4, if the oil temperature is too high, the hydraulic will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the liquid, decompose the asphalt material, and reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil.




5, the oil temperature of the hydraulic press rises, the air separation pressure of the mooring decreases, the dissolved air in the pump escapes, resulting in air pockets, resulting in a decline in the working performance of the hydraulic system.




Under normal circumstances, hydraulic cylinders with low hydraulic requirements of guideway hydraulic presses are usually not designed with special exhaust devices. In contrast, the oil port is located at the high point of the cylinder ends. This also allows air to be discharged into the tank along with the oil. In the case of hydraulic cylinders and large hydraulic cylinders requiring high speed stability, it is usually necessary to provide a special exhaust device that is also located at the high point of the hydraulic cylinder. For example, the vent plug is placed on the high part of the cylinder head, loosens the screw when venting, and causes the cylinder to reciprocate several times until the oil is discharged. After the exhaust is complete, tighten the screws.
