Disassembly of telescopic hydraulic cylinder of hydraulic press

The dismantling of the telescopic hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic press has the following points:

① Discharge oil from the overhanging hydraulic cylinder.

② Remove the bolts fastening the connecting end plate and cylinder block.

③ Extract the hydraulic cylinder piston rod assembly from the cylinder body. The cover seals the opening of the hydraulic cylinder block to prevent dust pollution.

④ Fix the hydraulic cylinder piston to prevent the rod end from moving, and remove the piston lock nut from the cylinder rod.

Remove the piston, spacer, rod head and end plate from the cylinder rod.

⑥ Remove all seals and rings from piston, rod head and end plate. Replace the new seal and seal ring when reassembling.

⑦ Clean all parts with solvent and dry with compressed air to check the performance of all parts.

⑧ After the parts are sanded and polished, clean again with solvent and dry with compressed air.
