How many methods are there for testing the hydraulic cylinder? Here are several methods of testing hydraulic cylinders for four-column hydraulic presses.


First, the hydraulic cylinder no load test, the maximum stroke of the piston rod of the four-column hydraulic press is the reciprocating uniform movement, the piston of the O shape, Y shape or U shape fabric seal ring is selected, the resistance is <0.3Ma; Piston with V-shaped fabric seal ring, resistance <0.5MP; z Choose piston ring, resistance <0.5MP.

Second, the test of leakage in the hydraulic cylinder, the experimental hydraulic cylinder under additional pressure, with another high-pressure hydraulic cylinder beyond the experimental hydraulic cylinder extra to do the driving force experiment, the hydraulic cylinder piston rod within 10min allowed to accompany the interval shall not exceed 0.5mm.
