First of all, it should be noted that when the hydraulic press is working, the opening pressure of the check valve should be small, too much pressure will cause damage to the check valve, or affect the normal work of other components;

When the second point is positive, the pressure loss of the valve is small, if the pressure loss is too large, the check valve provides a large enough pressure, then it will affect a series of components, and ultimately affect the normal work of the hydraulic press;

The third point is that the check valve must be able to produce a high reverse pressure, and the reverse leakage should be small, sensitive, reliable, and no vibration, impact or noise. In order to ensure the sensitive and reliable operation of the check valve, the spring of the check valve should be soft, and its opening pressure is generally 0.3-0.1mpa. If the spring is replaced by a hard spring, it can be used as a back pressure valve, and the back pressure is generally 0.2-0.6mpa.
