Step 1 Wear and tear
In the movement of mechanical parts (such as hydraulic spool, valve sleeve, valve body, etc.), conflicts continue to occur during use, which will cause the size and shape of the part and the surface quality to change and fail. The wear or deformation of the solenoid valve spool will lead to internal leakage of the valve, thereby reducing efficiency, and dirt is easy to enter the gap or deformation, thus forming the mechanical spool of the valve spool. If the fit gap between the spool and the valve hole is too large, pressure shock will occur. The wear of the pilot valve will make the operation of the valve unstable and even unable to adjust the pressure. The pilot taper valve (or pilot gate valve) is damaged, the seal is not tightly closed, and the pressure cannot be adjusted without problems. The one-way throttle (speed control) check valve component is worn and the seal is not firm. Some of the oil flow will flow out through the check valve, affecting the sensitivity of the speed control.
2. Fatigue
Working under long-term variable load, yellowing in the hydraulic solenoid valve will cause fatigue, leading to yellowing loose movement, shortening yellowing time or all cracks; The valve core and valve seat can also tire, leading to cracking, falling off or other damage. All of this may cause the valve to fail. When the main spool of the valve or the tensile spring of the pilot valve is tired or damaged, system pressure is not required. If the stretch spring of the direction valve is too soft or too short, it will affect the direction of the slide valve operation and normal reset, so that the system can not operate normally.
Step 3 Transform
During extrusion molding and use, when the external load shear force exceeds the tensile strength of the hydraulic solenoid valve parts of the fully automatic hydraulic press, the parts will be deformed and cannot be used without problems. When the valve body of the relief valve is distorted or deformed, the movement of the valve body becomes unstable, and the system pressure becomes unstable. The bending deformation of the spool of the unloading valve will slow the position of the spool and slow the process of changing the system from throw pressure to high pressure or from pressure to throw pressure support. The tortuous deformation of the reversing valve spool will make the operation of the reversing valve difficult to perform normally. Tips, poorly processed parts will also cause parts deformation. For example, the deformation of the oil circuit board formed by tightening the machined screws of the directional valve parts will cause the spool to be blocked.
4. Corrosion
Hydraulic fluid mixed with excessive moisture or acid. After long-term use, it will corrode the relevant parts in the hydraulic valve, causing it to lose its due accuracy and failure.
