After the oil tank is injected with new oil or replaced with oil before starting the motor, the oil pump must be filled with clean working oil from the oil outlet of the oil pump before starting the oil pump for the first time, otherwise, it is not allowed to start; Start the machine after a long time (more than 2 hours), in order to check the operation of the system, the oil pump should be idled without load for 10 minutes, no abnormal operation can be carried out, after the oil pump starts, the oil pump can be operated after the startup indicator is on; The oil must be pure hydraulic oil, otherwise, it can be injected into the tank after strict filtration; Note: the amount of oil should not be less than 3/4 of the oil mark height; The first replacement period of the oil in the tank shall not exceed 6 months.

When the cold extrusion molding oil press is used, when the contact area between the mold and the lower plane of the upper beam is small, the backing plate of appropriate thickness should be installed; The guide column of the movable workbench should be lubricated with oil frequently, and the oil should be injected every 4 hours during continuous work.
