Before adding oil to the four-column hydraulic press, carefully check and clean the oil

The increase in hydraulic oil temperature of the four-column hydraulic press will reduce the suction pipe, increase leakage, and the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the overall system efficiency will be reduced by 6%. The thermal deformation of the machine makes the gap between the moving parts with different thermal expansion coefficients in the four-column hydraulic press components smaller and stuck, which leads to failure and affects the accuracy of the hydraulic device, resulting in a decline in the quality of the parts.

The increase in hydraulic oil temperature of the four-column hydraulic press will also deform the rubber seal, resulting in early aging failure, shortened service life, reduced sealing performance and leakage. The leak will be further heated to produce a temperature increase. If the oil temperature is too high, it will accelerate the deterioration of the liquid, decompose the asphalt material, and reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil. As the temperature of the hydraulic oil increases, the air separation pressure of the mooring equipment decreases, and the dissolved air in the pump escapes and forms cavitation, which causes the performance of the hydraulic system to decrease.

Before filling the four-column hydraulic press, carefully inspect and clean the tank. After the oil is filtered through a 100-mesh or larger filter, it is injected into the fuel tank. Hydraulic oil should be replaced every 8-12 months and should be checked regularly every month. If you find deterioration, replace it immediately. The hydraulic tank has a capacity of about 520 litres. Note: Clean the tank before refueling. Cotton or cotton cloth is strictly prohibited. Silk cloth or edible flour dough is recommended.

Check the fasteners of all parts of the four-column hydraulic press, such as bolts, screws and nuts, for loosening or falling off to prevent accidents; Check whether the limit device and stroke control device of the four-column hydraulic press are loose and in normal condition; Parts that may be damaged when opened. If the position of the ultimate dead center stroke switch at the bottom of the table is correctly adjusted, prevent the piston from overspeeding and pressing directly on the hydraulic cylinder port to damage the cylinder port.

When using a new hydraulic pump or a long downtime (half a month or more), please turn on the oil pump return pipe connector, fill with clean oil, then tighten the connector, and start the oil pump motor in a short time (t≤5s). Whether the steering of the oil pump motor is correct, that is, whether the steering shown on the oil pump is the same. If the rotation symbol on the pump is not clear, the direction of the hydraulic pump can be determined by the operator standing behind the pump motor and watching the motor. The direction of rotation of the motor should be clockwise.

What if the movement of the four-column hydraulic press is irregular?

1. There may be air mixed in the pipeline of the four-column hydraulic press. You need to find out where the air is mixing, then clean and inspect, reinstall and replace auxiliary parts.

2. The wear of the four-column hydraulic press is also very serious and needs to be repaired or replaced.

3. The solenoid valve is changing irregular, and the electric furnace needs to be checked.

4. The amplifier of the electro-hydraulic servo or proportional valve is faulty or improperly adjusted.
