The function of the accumulator is different in the location of the hydraulic press. When absorbing pressure pulsation or hydraulic shock, it should be installed near the pulsation source or impact source. Oil and pressure should also be installed near the relevant parts as far as possible. So there are some things that need to be noted when actually using the accumulator?

1, the inflatable accumulator should be filled with inert gas (generally nitrogen), absolutely prohibited to fill oxygen. Its working pressure depends on the structure of the accumulator, such as the air bag type is 3.5-31.5mpa.

2, different accumulators have their own applicable working range, such as air bag accumulator air bag strength is not high, can not withstand great pressure fluctuations, and can only work in the temperature range of -20-70 degrees.

3, inflatable accumulator should be installed vertically (oil port down, charging valve up).

4. When the accumulator works, it bears the role of pressure, so it must be firmly fixed on the bracket.

5. A stop valve should be installed between the accumulator and the pipeline system for charging and maintenance. A check valve should be installed between the accumulator and the hydraulic pump to prevent the pressure oil stored in the accumulator from flowing back when the hydraulic pump stops. At the same time, the accumulator is installed on the hydraulic press in a position that is convenient for inspection and maintenance, and away from heat sources.
