In the process of operation and debugging, we should pay great attention to the temperature change of hydraulic oil. The most suitable temperature for the general hydraulic system is 40 ~ 50 °C, and the efficiency of the hydraulic components is the highest when working at this temperature, and the oxidation resistance of the oil is in the best state. If the operating temperature exceeds 80 °C, the oil will deteriorate early (each increase of 10 °C, the deterioration rate of the oil increases by 2 times), it will also cause the viscosity to decrease, the lubrication performance is poor, the oil film is easy to destroy, and the hydraulic parts are easy to burn.

Therefore, the working temperature of the hydraulic oil should not exceed 70 ~ 80 °C, when exceeding this temperature, it should be shut down for cooling or take forced cooling measures.
