The correct use of machinery and equipment, careful maintenance and compliance with operating procedures are necessary conditions to extend the service life of machinery and equipment and ensure safe production. Therefore, before using the hydraulic press, we should first master the structure, performance and operating procedures of the machine.

Maintenance of hydraulic press:

1. After the oil tank is injected with new oil or replaced with oil, before starting the oil pump first, it must be filled with clean working oil from the oil pump back cup to the pump, otherwise, it is not allowed to start;

2, after a long time stop (more than 2 hours) start the machine, in order to check the operation of the system, should first let the oil pump idling for 10 minutes without load, no abnormal can be operated;

3. After the oil pump is started, the operation can be performed only after the oil pump starting indicator is on;

4, the oil must be pure hydraulic oil, otherwise, it should be strictly filtered before being injected into the tank; Note: the amount of oil should not be less than 2/3 of the oil mark height;

5, the first replacement period of oil in the tank shall not exceed three months, and then replace the oil at least once a year;

6. The pressure gauge should be checked and corrected once every six months;

7, when the contact area between the die and the workbench is small, the cushion plate of appropriate thickness should be installed;

8, the guide column of the movable plate should be often lubricated with oil, and the oil should be injected every 8 hours when continuous working.

Safe operating rules for hydraulic presses

1, do not understand the machine structure, performance and operating procedures, shall not open the machine;

2, when the machine action is not reliable, excessive noise, vibration or leakage, should be immediately shut down to analyze the cause, try to eliminate the fault, can be restarted;

3, the machine is not allowed to work under overload or eccentric load;

4, before the machine work, should be strictly in accordance with the debugging procedures to operate;

5, electrical equipment grounding is safe and reliable;
