Common faults and maintenance methods of hydraulic solenoid valve

1. The solenoid valve does not work

Fault phenomenon: After the solenoid valve receives the electrical signal, the spool does not move.

Cause analysis: It may be due to solenoid valve coil break, valve core stuck, oil viscosity is too high resulting in poor flow and other reasons.

Maintenance method: Check whether the solenoid valve coil is broken, clean the spool, and replace the appropriate oil.

2. The solenoid valve works abnormally

Fault symptom: The solenoid valve is slow, insensitive or jitter.

Cause analysis: It may be due to the blockage of the valve port, gas in the oil, insufficient electromagnetic force and other reasons.

Maintenance method: Clean the valve port, remove the gas in the oil, and check whether the electromagnet works normally.

3. The solenoid valve leaks oil

Fault phenomenon: Oil leakage from the solenoid valve inside.

Cause analysis: It may be due to aging of sealing ring, spool wear and other reasons.

Repair method: Replace the seal ring, repair or replace the spool.
