How to adjust the accuracy of four-column hydraulic press correctly

In fact, in the installation process of the four-column hydraulic press, we should pay attention to the height of the four adjusting nuts for the workbench, so that the accuracy of the machine has a good basis. Under the pressure state (pressure holding), the parts connected to the movable shaft and the movable beam are fastened to form a whole, and the oil cylinder is also connected with. Fasten the parts connected to the upper beam. Then tighten the locking nut under the workbench as much as possible (in the absence of load), so that the precision adjustment work can be carried out.




In the precision adjustment, the lower plane of the moving beam and the piston rod are vertical (single piece processing accuracy is guaranteed, and at the same time, under the pressure state, the locking parallel to form a whole), so that the parallel deviation of the moving beam is flat to the workbench surface, which can reflect the vertical situation of the piston center line to the workbench surface. Therefore, the movable beam can be stopped in the middle position and its parallelism deviation can be measured first.




Before adjusting the four-column hydraulic press, loosen the four lock nuts on the upper beam slightly. Use a dial gauge to check the parallelism between the lower plane of the moving beam and the front and back (left and right) plane of the workbench. If it does not meet the requirements, tighten or loosen the front (left) two adjustment nuts or the back (right) two adjustment nuts under pressure, and measure the adjustment again until it meets the requirements. After the front and back (left and right) parallelism meets the requirements, the above method is used to measure and adjust the left and right (front and back) parallelism. After the middle position meets the requirements, it should also check whether the parallelism of the active beam at the next two positions meets the requirements. When it is found that the parallelism deviation of the upper and lower positions exceeds the requirements, and the measurement data is in the opposite direction, it should be considered to check the assembly situation and check the accuracy of the moving beam and other parts.




After the adjustment of the parallelism check, it is necessary to check whether the running perpendicularity of the movable beam meets the requirements. When the requirements are not met. The method of adjusting parallelism is the same as that of adjusting parallelism until the requirements are met. Similarly, when it is found that the adjustment accuracy of the verticality is contradictory with the precision of the parallelism, and the values are greater than the specified value, the assembly quality should be checked and the quality of the moving beam and other parts should be checked.
