Working process of single column hydraulic press:
1. Buffer device: In order to avoid the impact and vibration of the workpiece during the pressing process, the single-column hydraulic press is usually equipped with a buffer device. The buffer device can be realized by adjusting the buffer valve in the hydraulic cylinder to make the pressure change more stable.
2. Pressing the workpiece: the liquid pressure makes the mold exert pressure on the workpiece, so that the workpiece is deformed or processed. The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder can be moved up and down as needed to adjust the pressure and machining depth.
3. Pressure transfer: When the hydraulic pump starts, the liquid is pumped into the hydraulic cylinder, so that the piston is subjected to the action of liquid pressure. The liquid pressure is transferred to the die through the piston rod and exerts pressure on the workpiece.
4. Return process: When the pressing is completed, the hydraulic pump stops the liquid supply, and the liquid in the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the hydraulic valve. The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder returns to its initial position, ready for the next press.
