2, cylinder blank is generally used faded cold drawn or hot rolled seamless steel pipe. At present, the internal hole has been honed or finished in the domestic market, and only need to cut the seamless steel pipe according to the required length, the material is 20 steel, 35 steel, 45 steel.

3, for the working temperature of the hydraulic cylinder cylinder below -50 ° C, 35 steel, 45 steel must be used, and to be modulated.

4, the cylinder welded with the cylinder head, the use of 35 steel, after machining in the conditioning; Cylinder not welded with other parts, use jump 45 steel.
