(2) The rated volume of the power components used in the hydraulic transmission system is too small and the flow rate is too large.
(3) The structural design of the transmission system is not scientific enough, resulting in low transmission power of the system, there are too many residual power components and transmission circuits.
(4) The hydraulic power transmission system in the case of normal non-hydraulic operation, the lack of useful oil unloading treatment method, the hydraulic transmission system pressure is too high, resulting in high pump pressure, oil loss, resulting in rapid heating of the pump oil.
Oil cleanliness. Under normal circumstances, the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic system will contain a large number of various chemical impurities, too many impurities in the hydraulic oil, to some extent, is likely to directly cause the overall leakage of the system, affecting the degree of hydraulic oil cleaning factors are mainly divided into:
(1) The hydraulic components are not cleaned in time during the installation and use of the equipment, resulting in chemical impurities such as plastic iron filings and metal coatings attached to the hydraulic components directly falling into the hydraulic oil, causing serious pollution to the entire hydraulic oil.
(2) These hydraulic oils are directly mixed with epoxy resin, asphaltene, carbon slag and other chemicals
When used, the peroxide in the hydraulic oil may degrade, which may also directly affect the overall cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. These impurities in the hydraulic oil material will directly aggravate the wear roughness of the small holes on the surface of the transverse sliding system of the entire hydraulic transmission component. If the small hole is directly blocked by these impurities, the entire spool of the hydraulic valve will be blocked, which will directly cause damage to the entire hydraulic spool, and the hydraulic component transmission system has a big problem of oil leakage.

Control temperature changes
Controlling the change of hydraulic temperature leakage in the process of various hydraulic power systems is an effective control measure to effectively control the leakage of hydraulic power transmission systems. To control the change of the temperature value of the pipeline, it is necessary to control the temperature of the pipeline of the oil tank and the pneumatic hydraulic press. Air separator and plasma can be used to separate the oil from the oil in the oil tank and the oil from the air intake to further improve the air heat dissipation and function of the transmission tank.
The cooling temperature of the hydraulic oil inside the oil tank is generally controlled between 55 and 65 ° C, and can not be adjusted higher than 70 ° C. Prevent contaminants from invading from the outside
Hydraulic oil in the air storage, transfer and air filling each link must strictly do a good job of safety protection management measures to prevent it from being air pollution. The hydraulic fuel needs to pass through the hydraulic filter every time it enters the gas system.
Therefore, in the design of the system structure, in order to effectively avoid the direct intrusion of dust, abrasive and other coolants during the operation of the oil tank, resulting in the pollution of the entire hydraulic tank, air dust filter can be installed on each breathing and exhaust hole of the hydraulic tank, or the air seal can be directly used to seal the oil tank. The front end and top of each hydraulic cylinder and piston rod are also sealed with air dust-proof accessories as required, for regular inspection and timely replacement.
Improve filter performance
The performance of the filter is directly related to the environmental quality pollution of hydraulic oil, and improving the performance of the filter is an important control measure to effectively control oil pollution. The high-performance hydraulic filtration system can effectively filter out various pollutants generated inside the hydraulic system and invaded by the external environment in the work, improve the comprehensive cleaning degree of the hydraulic oil of the system, and reduce the incidence of internal leakage of the system.

Reduce wear on dynamic seals
The brake load of the hydraulic piston rod and the hydraulic drive gear shaft should be strictly controlled for the hydraulic dust-proof seal in the hydraulic drive system and the material leakage of the wear-resistant system during the production and use management of the mechanical equipment on the hydraulic production line. With the oil dust seal ring, protective cover and other supporting facilities can strengthen the degree of brake protection of the hydraulic piston rod, to prevent these pollutants directly into the accumulation of the hydraulic piston rod.
At the same time, it is also necessary to select the appropriate air filtration cleaning equipment, as well as select the hydraulic tank for easy cleaning, and clean the hydraulic tank with water in time to prevent these impurities from directly piling up in the hydraulic tank, causing the failure of the hydraulic system.
Check and replace hydraulic oil regularly
Regular inspection and timely maintenance of the replacement of various grades of hydraulic oil, strict control of the quality of oil used by various grades of hydraulic oil workers, as far as possible to reduce the use of workers with similar grades of various hydraulic oil manufacturers.
If a suitable method is not found in time to replace hydraulic oil of different model numbers with registered trademarks in the process of replacing the entire production system equipment at one time, the internal components of the entire production system equipment must be regularly and strictly maintained and cleaned before replacement, and all the original hydraulic oil of various trademark models inside the production equipment must be cleaned. Remove all the crude oil and replace it with the new trademark hydraulic oil, including the trademark hydraulic oil storage line. Regular quality system sampling and inspection of all trademark hydraulic oil equipment products in the national quality system identification equipment are analyzed to ensure that all trademark hydraulic oil equipment product quality systems fully meet the actual needs of the entire production system equipment in the normal production and operation process.
Once the company's products are poisoned or there are high pollution and cadmium content or excessive quality problems, it must carry out various technical replacements for its products.
