1. Nominal pressure (nominal tonnage)
Nominal pressure refers to the maximum force that the hydraulic press can nominally produce, which is numerically equal to the product of the working liquid pressure and the total working area of the working plunger, which reflects the main working capacity of the hydraulic press.
2. Maximum clearance (opening height)H
Maximum clearance H refers to the distance from the surface of the workbench to the surface under the moving beam when the moving beam stops at the upper limit position.
3. Maximum travel S
Maximum travel S refers to the maximum distance the movable beam can travel.
4. Table size (length × width)
Table size refers to the effective size that can be utilized on the table surface.
5. Return force
The return force is realized by the working area of the lower cavity of the piston cylinder or the return cylinder set separately.
6. Moving beam speed (slider speed)
It can be divided into working stroke speed, empty stroke speed and return speed, the working stroke speed is determined by the process requirements, and the empty stroke speed and return speed can be higher to improve productivity.
7. Maximum eccentricity allowed
The maximum allowable eccentricity refers to the maximum allowable eccentricity value when the workpiece deformation resistance is close to the nominal pressure.
8. Ejector nominal pressure and stroke
Some hydraulic press lower beam is equipped with ejector, the pressure and stroke can be determined according to the process requirements.
In the selection of hydraulic press, to combine the process parameters and conditions of use to choose, but also consider the following issues:
1, fuselage form, stiffness, strength, movement accuracy; The single-arm type is the worst, the frame type is the best, and the beam and column type is the center, but in terms of easy operation and reduced investment, it is opposite to the above;
2, maximum eccentricity, avoid excessive eccentricity;
3, the upper transmission hydraulic press should not be used for thermoforming process to prevent oil leakage from igniting and causing fire;
4, the working pressure can be adapted to the process requirements.
